Three Influential Singers Who Died At 27

Music is the only escape from reality, scholars say. And it is the truth since we sapiens have not explored other sources of peace and chills the music gives. When we treasure someone’s music and their musical legacy, we wish that they could live to optimum years to provide us with their best accolades throughout the time.

However, time and tide wait for no one. Some we miss sooner, and some we got to experience for longer than others.

Here are three of the most fantastic rock performers, singers, and musicians, who died early at the age of 27. Yet, they left one of the outstanding and praiseworthy music credits of all time.

See Below!!

1) Jimi Hendrix

Jimi Hendrix

Jimi Hendrix is considered the ‘King of Rock Music.’ He is still praised for his outrageous guitar-playing skills, through which he went on pursuing experimental music in his career.

Jimi Hendrix was born Johhny Allen Hendrix on 27 November 1942 in Seattle, Washington. Later, his parents, Al and Lucille, changed his name to James Marshall. However, his childhood was not as expected, and he lives a hectic phase, sometimes ending up in the care of relatives and acquaintances.

But Hendrix caught the guitar from an early age and grew up synchronizing the world with his experimental music. His father bought him his first acoustic guitar when he was 16 and later followed with an electric guitar when he was 17. And the rest is history.

Throughout his over a decade-long music career, he was widely praised for his live performances in Woodstock 1969, where he performed ‘The Star-Spangled Banner.’ Until this date, there is a statement regarding his guitar playing, and that is;

If anyone can play the guitar with his teeth, that is Jimi Hendrix.

Not even the greatest guitarists of all time, Jimi Page and Dimebag Darrell, managed to play licks with their teeth.

Jimi Hendrix lived only for twelve years after he first got his guitar. But still, he managed to pursue the world’s attention through his outstanding music credits. He brought three studio albums, three live albums, and two compilation albums in his short-career term. They are listed below:
